This privacy policy applies to the Expense Manager app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nice2Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies: The Application offers an optional AI-powered feature. If you choose to enable it, the following data from your expense transactions will be sent to Google Vertex AI (processed in Singapore) for analysis: transaction categories, notes, and amounts. This data is used to generate personalized spending insights and product recommendations. This data is retained for a maximum of 30 days. You may withdraw your AI consent at any time via Settings > Privacy, and your intent data and cached recommendations will be deleted within 24 hours. This feature is entirely opt-in and does not activate without your explicit consent.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices.

Third Party Access and "No Data Sale" Guarantee

Strict "No Data Sale" Policy: We value your privacy immensely. We do not and will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, financial data, or transaction history to any third parties or data brokers. The sole purpose of processing your data is to provide core application features, generate personalized AI expense insights, and offer relevant affiliate recommendations (such as Shopee). We use affiliate links to support the application, but we do not share your raw transaction data with these affiliate platforms.

Certain technical data (such as analytics and crash reports) may be shared with service providers solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Application. When the AI feature is enabled, transaction data (categories, notes, and amounts) is transmitted to Google Vertex AI in Singapore for processing; this data is not anonymized prior to transmission but is strictly used only for providing the AI features to you.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain your data for as long as you use the Application. AI-related data (transaction intents and embeddings) is retained for a maximum of 30 days and deleted within 24 hours of withdrawal of AI consent. If you would like all your data deleted, you may use the Delete Account feature in the Application or contact the Service Provider at nice2studio@gmail.com.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any material changes by updating this page. This privacy policy is effective as of May 3, 2026.

Processing of personal data for the AI features requires your separate and explicit consent, which is requested within the Application. Your use of the Application alone does not constitute consent to AI data processing.
