These terms and conditions apply to the Expense Manager app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nice2Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you agree to the following terms governing your use of the Application. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Note that certain features, such as AI-powered personalization, require separate explicit consent as described in our Privacy Policy and are not activated by your use of the Application alone.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Application provides spending insights and recommendations powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). You acknowledge and agree that:

The Application may display product recommendations that include affiliate links to third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee). The Service Provider may receive a commission for purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. These recommendations are generated as part of the optional AI personalization service and are only shown to users who have explicitly enabled the AI feature.

We do not sell your personal or financial data to these affiliate platforms. The product recommendations are generated within our secure system using Google Vertex AI, and only standard tracking data (such as a click event) is passed to the affiliate partner when you actively choose to interact with a recommendation.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, compromise security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

Certain features of the Application require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform. All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to the platform provider.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. However, for any material changes to how your personal data is collected or processed, the Service Provider will seek your separate and explicit consent within the Application before those changes take effect. These terms and conditions are effective as of April 30, 2026.
